&lt;p&gt;This concept of detail is fascinating to me, simply because I&#039;m realizing how much we simply don&#039;t see (it&#039;s not our fault, we just don&#039;t see it as important). I don&#039;t yet know how we bridge that gap.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

Men pick up on 40%. We can&#039;t help it, we just notice stuff:) It&#039;s why when I tell my kids to clean the bathroom I ask them to get it &quot;girl clean&quot; -- the details matter</description>
